David Edward Martin Dunphy

David Edward Martin Dunphy Author of his debut novel Winters, Eve

David Edward Martin Dunphy was born in St. John's, Newfoundland on May 26th, 1988. A passionate enthusiast of music, David wrote several songs and learned to play guitar at the age of fourteen. That would undoubtedly be the start of a writing career. The songs he wrote about would soon become the fuel he would use to write short stories.

Though none were ever published, David would soon decided to write a novel as a New Year resolution on January 1st, 2014. It was a endeavor that would take over seven years, until it was finally published in April 23, 2021 by Kindle Direct Publishing. It was then that David would go on to see his dreams soar. Winters, Eve was created.

​

During that time, David and his fiancé Kaitlind, would start their new career in travel nursing. As they drove across Canada, Winters, Eve would be sold in every province on their adventures across this great country. From great reviews on Amazon, and Goodreads. To the Mayor of Dawson Creek, B.C buying a book, Winters, Eve was getting traction.

On December 1st, davidemdunphy.com would be published giving more access to globe distribution. On December 2nd, Winters, Eve would see it's first ad making its way in the Kelowna Capital Newspaper. Every day new and promising opportunities have been showing.

​

Currently, David's second Book "Keepers of the Lighthouse" is in the making with a Summer 2022 release. Stay tuned for more exciting information about the writer and stories he is working on.
